1. Who these terms are with
This site is operated by Solardirt, a division of Phoenix Milcham, LLC ("Solardirt", "we", "us"). By using solardirt.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
solardirt.com is a portfolio and enquiry site. It describes our work and lets you send us a Build Request. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to take on work.
3. Build Requests
Submitting the form starts a conversation — nothing more. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to proceed. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, and ownership.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. Until we have a signed agreement or NDA in place, treat anything you send as unprotected.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information, and not to:
- Submit unlawful, infringing, or deliberately misleading content
- Send automated, bulk, or spam submissions
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
- Scrape or copy the site's content or code for reuse
5. Our intellectual property
The Solardirt name, the Solardirt wordmark and Dust mark, the site's design, code, 3D scenes, artwork, and copy are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission.
6. Client work shown here
Case studies describe work produced for clients. Client names, logos, and product imagery remain the property of those clients and appear here to describe the work we did.
7. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser. The 3D experience needs WebGL; where it is unavailable we provide standard pages instead.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solardirt and Phoenix Milcham, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this site.
9. Third-party links and services
The site relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, DNS, and email delivery, and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
10. Privacy
How we handle information you send is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date above shows the current version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
